PSA, properly configured.

PSA cars are configuration-heavy. Half of what owners want — enabling equipment, changing behaviour, making a replacement part work — is telecoding, and telecoding needs the marque interface.

Telecoding is the reason

A PSA car ships with a configuration profile: which options are fitted, how the lights behave, whether the parking sensors exist, what the BSI expects to see. Fit a part the car was not configured for and it simply will not work. Telecoding rewrites that profile. It is also how you enable equipment the car physically has but was never told about.

The everyday jobs

Full fault reading across BSI, engine, ABS, airbag and comfort modules; service and oil resets; DPF additive (Eolys) level reset after a top-up — a specific PSA annoyance; forced DPF regeneration; EPB service mode; injector coding on the HDi engines; and steering angle calibration.

Interface here, software yours

Diagbox is PSA software and you run it under your own licence. We supply the DoIP/J2534 interface hardware that it talks through.

Questions

Does it cover DS models?
Yes — DS sits inside the same PSA diagnostic architecture.
Can it reset the Eolys additive counter?
Yes, and on an HDi with additive-based DPF that is a routine job you will repeat.
Newer Stellantis cars?
Coverage is strongest across the PSA-era range; the newest Stellantis platforms vary by model and software version.
