Why direct, and why it's cheaper

A main-dealer diagnostic session or an over-the-counter "brand" scanner carries a lot of markup that has nothing to do with the hardware — retail floor space, distributor margins, badge tax. The tools themselves are made in a relatively small number of factories and sold on to the whole industry.

We buy from that source layer and ship to you directly. You get the working tool without paying for the chain of hands it would normally pass through. On the universal scanners and brand interfaces that saving is large; on genuine premium brands it's slimmer, and we price those honestly rather than pretending.

Straight talk on delivery. Because we source direct, most tools ship from our suppliers rather than a local warehouse — so plan for roughly 1–3 weeks, tracked the whole way. A few fast-movers arrive sooner. If you need something next-day, a diagnostic tool isn't that; we'd rather set the expectation than break it.

Free shipping, everywhere

Every order ships free. There's no minimum, no "spend €50 to unlock it", no surprise courier fee at checkout. The shipping is already inside the price on the product card, so what you see is what you pay. You always get a tracking link once it's on its way.

The 2-year warranty

Every tool carries a two-year, replacement-based warranty. If a unit arrives faulty, dies early, or won't do what the listing says it does, contact us with your order confirmation and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. No lawyering, no runaround.
