Who's behind it
ScanBrothers isn't a drop-shipping side hustle. It's run by working ECU tuners — people who remap engines, reflash control modules, repair instrument clusters and reverse-engineer factory calibrations for a living, with years on the bench across petrol and diesel platforms. Every tool we list is one we understand: what it actually reads, where its limits are, and whether it's the right call for the job. That's why our product notes tell you when the cheaper tool is enough and when a listing is really an ELM327 clone in disguise — we've used the real ones.
